Lake County’s “Top 4 Under 40” Award Winners Announced
LAKE COUNTY, OHIO (September 25, 2019) – The United Way of Lake County Emerging Leaders, along with the Eastern Lake County Chamber of Commerce, Mentor Area Chamber of Commerce, and Willoughby Western Lake County Chamber of Commerce recently announced the winners of their “Top 4 Under 40” awards, recognizing four of Lake County’s best and brightest young professionals.
Nominees, who must be either Emerging Leaders or Chamber of Commerce members, were evaluated in the areas of leadership, community involvement, entrepreneurship, and professional achievement.
The 2019 Top 4 Under 40 winners include:
- Tony Brzytwa, Global Quality Assurance Manager, Lubrizol
- CJ Paterniti, President, D&S Automotive Collision & Restyling and Defender Auto Glass
- Adam Sanden, Partner, Brunner Sanden Deitrick Funeral Home & Cremation Center
- Sara Spence, President, Spence Technologies Inc.
“2018 was the first year we hosted the 4 Under 40 Awards and we saw that there was a significant amount of interest from local businesses and chamber members,” explains Christine Weber, Executive Director of the Mentor Area Chamber of Commerce. “This year, the number of nominees was nearly double.”
“We have a great network of Young Professionals here in Lake County,” Weber added. “Going forward, we hope to continue to grow the event and recognize these young leaders who do such great work in our community.”
Winners will be recognized at an awards reception on Thursday, October 24, 2019 starting at 5:30 p.m. at Pastina Rustic Italian Kitchen, 9354 Mentor Ave. Mentor, Ohio 44060.
Tickets are available through the Eastern Lake County Chamber of Commerce, Mentor Area Chamber of Commerce, and Willoughby Western Lake County Chamber of Commerce.
